FAQ for Production Request

All of the tasks from the integration testing should have succeeded before the production environment is activated. When you are ready to activate the production environment, use the options on this page to submit a request.

What will happen after I submit a request for activation?

Our Dell experts will contact you for a final consultation before activating the integration. If the activation moves forward, you can then return to the integration page in order to set up the production environment within your purchasing system.

According to the integration testing, your purchasing system should be ready for activation of the production environment. This will enable all functionality, and all of the designated users in your organization will have access. Purchase orders will be processed normally, and changes to your settings will be saved.
